This ADDY award winning branding concept for a Thai street food restaurant was inspired by the year I spent living and working outside Bangkok. Every day in Thailand was a new adventure for the senses. The restaurant name “Molam” derives from the traditional Northern Thai style of psychedelic country music. My thinking here was that the restaurant guest would be simultaneously enveloped in the sights, sounds, and tastes of traditional Thailand.
