Really Really Nice Branding, Website + Marketing

Overview:

When Darrin and Miriam took over Spirit Wines and sought to rebrand the shop, they turned to us for guidance. With a list of potential names in hand, we collaborated closely to identify the name that best resonated with their vision. After conducting thorough research and creating initial branding mockups, we landed on the name "Really Really Nice Wines" (RRNW). From there, the real creative journey began.

Hannah Gregory and the team at Outside In Design Studio have been foundational to the development and growth of our brand. My husband and I vetted several graphic design and marketing companies. Our main takeaway from our first meeting with OIDS was that the team really listened to us (which was paramount for our specific vision and voice) and this was further solidified by their initial logo development presentation. We felt seen and heard, and knew that we would be in good hands. The creativity, energy, passion, and commitment from OIDS can’t be understated. Hannah and her team continue to impress us not only with their dedication to us as clients but also with their continual efforts to expand the scope of their offerings as an independently owned / operated and relatively young company. Hire them immediately and your brand will be the better for it.

Brand Development:

In partnership with Lauren de Bautte, we explored various branding concepts, quickly falling in love with the "double thumbs" iconography, which became a cornerstone of RRNW’s visual identity. Together with Darrin and Miriam, we meticulously refined the typeface, color palette, and overall brand suite, ensuring that every element captured the friendly, approachable vibe of the shop.

Website Creation:

With a strong brand identity established, we moved on to building the website. Darrin and Miriam had a clear vision for the site’s look and feel, which allowed us to bring their ideas to life swiftly and effectively. The result was a website that not only reflected the brand’s personality but also provided an intuitive and engaging user experience.

Social Media & Email Marketing:

As we continued to collaborate, it became clear that cohesive and appealing social media & email marketing would be key to RRNW’s success. With the foundation of strong brand visuals, we extended our work into creating dynamic social media content and marketing campaign emails. Recognizing the value of high-quality photography, Miriam brought in Madeline Rose to exclusively handle RRNW’s visual content, further enhancing the brand’s online presence.
