In May 2020, I designed a marketing campaign concept for the Arc of Greater New Orleans. My idea was bolstered by personas and user journeys based on real-life community partners and volunteers with the Arc, namely the volunteer and community partner personas and the ways in which their user journeys were focused on the Arc’s Mardi Gras bead recycling program. 

This months-long project included a lengthy period of research and development to come up with a marketing campaign for the Arc of Greater New Orleans. The Arc, the largest national organization advocating for and with people with I/DD, is known in New Orleans for its bead recycling program. This campaign was meant to bring attention to the  reality that the Arc and its clients are more than beads and offer a variety of services that create more fulfilling lives.
